Vedic Meditation is so easy that anyone can learn.  Especially if you have a busy mind and have failed at all other meditation practices.  Although it originally came from India t is not a religion and requires no special beliefs or life style.  Yoga is not required.  At first it is practiced for 20 minutes in the morning and evening while sitting  in a comfortable position with the eyes closed.  As the mind calms down naturally and simply via a simple mantra given by your teacher the individual experiences increased happiness, creativity, memory, relationships, and health.

How does this technique work?

When Vedic Meditation is practiced the mind calms to its deepest point within and connects to BLISS.

Where did this technique come from?

This knowledge has been passed down from generation to generation by Vedic masters in India.
